to diagnose and estimate repairs , or assess upgradeability

This charge will be waived if we do the repair or upgrade

This charge maybe waived if i determine the computer is not worth the repair or upgrade(at my descrection)

This fee will be charged if the customer indicates that they would like to do the repair themselves after my diagnoses
